AFCRO 2024 — TweenMe Presentation

Presentation of the TweenMe digital twin generator at the AFCRO 2024 congress. Data pipeline architecture, dimensional enrichment approach, and first clinical validation results.

TweenMe architecture

Presentation of the three core platform modules: the Ontology Modeler, which encodes clinical domain constraints into the generation process; the Smart Data Fertilizer, which enriches distributions with exogenous domain knowledge; and the Bakery, the final generation module that produces synthetic populations while simultaneously respecting ontological and statistical constraints.

Dimensional enrichment

TweenMe’s dimensional enrichment approach addresses the HDLSS (High-Dimensional Low-Sample-Size) problem characteristic of clinical data in rare populations. Rather than simply increasing patient numbers, the platform enriches the dimensional representation of each patient by integrating domain ontological knowledge.

First results

Presentation of early clinical validation metrics, paving the way for the in-depth work on the OCTOPUS study presented at AFCRO 2025 and 2026.
